Munich’s only swimming pool with a wave machine. At Cosimawellenbad, both young and old can brave crashing breakers or simply enjoy letting the waves wash over them in the shallow waters. Savor reminders of your beach holidays. The 33-meter pool’s breakers provide no end of fun. Between wave-machine sessions, you can swim lengths or unwind in the open air in the heated whirlpool with its massage jets. This is a truly extraordinary open-air experience during the winter months when ice and snow are on the ground.

Cosimawellenbad also provides a fun-packed experience for younger visitors. A children’s paddling pool, water toys and various water attractions ensure visitors have a great time in the parent-child area. The lawn area is used for sunbathing during the summer (with its own naturist zone).

The perfect combination of heat and relaxation

Sauna-lovers will be delighted by what Cosimawellenbad has to offer. The main attraction of the 900 square-meter, modern sauna area

is the blockhouse sauna, which is temperature-adjusted like a Finnish sauna but has the atmosphere of a mine shaft. Other special features of the sauna area include the Finnish sauna, the steam bath under the night sky and the sanarium with crystals and changing colored light. The open-air terrace includes a combined Kneipp and plunge pool for cooling off and loungers for relaxation.

Cosimawellenbad also offers relaxing massages and tanning in the solarium. The cafe has a selection of food and drink for a snack.
