Bad Forstenrieder Park’s main attraction is its large sports pool, which is ideal for endurance and club swimmers and diving clubs. A separate pool is used for fitness classes, such as aqua-aerobics and water gymnastics. Thanks to a mother and child area and indoor and outdoor paddling pools, the center is highly attractive for parents and younger children. The lawn area (with its own naturist zone) is perfect for sunbathing in the summer.
The hot-cold rush
Forstenrieder Bad’s sauna facilities are ideal for relaxation and regeneration. The inside section has a sanarium, a steam bath with changing colored light and a cool-off area with plunge pools, a range of cold showers and a foot spa.
An outdoor Finnish sauna overlooks beautifully kept gardens. There is a large cold pool and a Kneipp area for cooling off in the fresh air to strengthen the body’s defenses. The highlight of the sauna area is the Asian wellness garden with flowing water torrents, pathways, relaxation spots and stone monoliths. Bad Forstenrieder Park also offers relaxing massages.
