  • Your new address
  • The date of occupancy
  • The meter numbers and readings (electricity, natural gas, water and/or district heating) given to you by your landlord
  • If applicable, the name of the previous tenant
  • Your bank details (an account with a German bank is required for direct debit)


As a customer, you can then use your contract account number to register for our online service “My SWM” which enables you to simply register changes of address, to record meter readings and view online invoices.
