Sauna at Nordbad

Description

Nordbad’s extensive sauna facilities have plenty to offer. The sanarium has three different hot rooms heated to different temperatures each with special features. The light changes color every four minutes in the room heated to the lowest temperature (around 45° C), while the middle room contains the crystal sauna (around 55° C). It takes its name from a large rock crystal on the oven which has a positive impact on the room environment. Heated to around 65° C, the aqua-viva level is the warmest room and is filled with the delightful sounds of birdsong and waterfalls.

The facilities also offer a large Finnish sauna (around 95° C), a steam bath and an outdoor sauna (around 95° C). You can cool off in the inside cold-water pool or in the plunge pool on the large open-air terrace. And if you don’t like the cold, you can relax in the hot tub (around 34° C).

Absolute tranquility ...
... can be found in the individual cubicles which allow complete relaxation. They contain a lounger and a thick woolen blanket. If you don’t want to spend time alone, an acoustically sealed relaxation room is also available.

The massage team would be happy to relax your tense muscles at any time.

To optimize your performance levels, use Nordbad’s fitness center (membership fee charged) before visiting the sauna.
