Sauna at Dantebad

Description

Dantebad’s sauna facilities are among the most attractive in the Bavarian capital and attract sauna-lovers in droves year in year out.

Sweat yourself fit at any time of year

The blockhouse sauna in the open-air garden is rightly regarded as Dantebad’s major attraction. A cozy blockhouse sauna heated to the same temperature as a Finnish sauna (95° C) provides a relaxing environment. Immediately afterwards make sure to use the cold-water pool which is also situated in the open-air garden.

Dantebad’s main building contains further facilities for sauna-goers – the Finnish sauna (around 95° C) under the night sky with adjoining cool-off and foot spa area. The extremely spacious sanarium (around 60° C) with rock crystal as its centerpiece captivates visitors with its changing colored light. We also recommend a visit to the steam bath (around 45° C) to relax stressed skin. The high degree of humidity regenerates and revitalizes the entire body.

Dantebad allows you to completely unwind
Another attraction is the Kneipp pool besides a stone wall. The open-air garden has loungers for sunbathing when the weather is fine.
Dantebad’s wellness program also includes solariums and a wide range of therapeutic massages, including the Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi massage and Ayurveda massages.
