Description
Situated in an expansive lawn area with shady trees and with four outstanding swimming pools, this outdoor pool facility leaves nothing to be desired.
The diving boards present a challenge even for experienced divers with different levels. Dive headfirst or somersault into a separate pool. Endurance swimmers can practice their crawl in the 50-meter sport pool. There is an adventure pool with a 64-meter stainless steel slide, flowing water torrent, water umbrella and massage jets for those more interested in having fun. There is also plenty for younger visitors in the non-swimmers’ pool with a small slide in the shape of an elephant. Children can play to their heart’s content in the paddling pool or children’s play area with sand and water jets. Another special feature of the Michaeli-Freibad is the family naturist area.
The outdoor pool center also has plenty for ball-sport lovers with two beach volleyball courts, a large football pitch with goals and a basketball court.
Delicious light meals are available from Michaeli-Freibad’s kiosk and beer garden. And if it gets too cold outside, you can simply opt for the
Michaeli-Hallenbad indoor poolinstead.
