- 1) Price guarantee: The SWM Price Guarantee is a net price guarantee, we pass on the change in VAT. The term of the net price guarantee begins with the start of supply (see General Terms of Contract).
Back to gas plan - 2) Term: The term of 12 months begins with the start of supply. Your contract will be automatically extended by a further 12 months in each case if you or SWM do not terminate the contract with one month's notice to the end of the respective term. Supply shall begin no later than 12 months after the start of the contract.
