Participation in Bayerngas Norge

Bayerngas Norge AS currently holds over 60 licenses. It participates in six fields with production (Volve, Trym, Vega, Oselvar, Clipper South and Babbage), while three fields are under development in Norway (Ivar Aasen), Denmark (Hejre), and the UK (Cygnus). The Hejre and Ivar Aasen fields are set to come on stream in 2016, while the Cygnus field is set to be on stream in 2015. Bayerngas Norge has in addition three fields under development planning (Skarfjell, Solsort and Sigrid/Natalia) and a number of promising exploration licenses.
Our aim is to supply all of our private and business customers with natural gas from our own sources as from 2020.
This strategy will increase our leeway to pursue an independent pricing and product policy. We ensure greater independence from international oil and gas companies and a reliable and reasonably priced supply for the future.
