Ice and heat
The largest of the M-Bäder sauna facilities offers sauna-goers everything they could wish for to enjoy a healthy, relaxing sauna whether on a hot summer’s day after a few lengths in the pool or on a frosty winter evening after skating on the ice rink.
The Prinzregentenstadion sauna is an architectural masterpiece. Warm wood in shades of red and brown and dark tiles play on the natural light. A whirlpool and a cold water pool provide relaxation and an opportunity to cool off after a session in the Finnish sauna (around 95° C).
There is a second Finnish sauna on the open-air terrace where you can get some fresh air or relax in the Zen garden.
And the facility offers even more ways of opening the body’s pores with its sanarium (around 60 to 70° C) and steam bath.
Prinzregentenstadion focuses entirely on wellness. As well as traditional massages, Lomi-Lomi, Ayurveda and aroma massages are also available.
