Sauna at Michaelibad

The large, two-tier sauna is also aesthetically attractive - light floods in maintaining warm pastel shades. The earth-loft sauna (around 80° C) on the ground floor is one of the main reasons for this sauna’s popularity. What are the special features here? The sauna is entrenched in a mound of earth and is built from untreated 100-year-old pinewood from Finland. A large stone oven in the center accentuates the unique atmosphere.

Reinvigoration with heat and color
The ground floor also contains a Finnish sauna (around 95° C), the sanarium (around 60° C) with changing colored light and a large rock crystal, a spacious steam bath (around 45° C) under the night sky, a steam shower, a large cold pool and a small open-air garden. The upper floor has two relaxation rooms and an open-air terrace.

Michaelibad also offers a visit to the solarium and therapeutic massages. And the bistro serves a range of snacks and drinks.

As a special summer offer, SWM lifts the time restriction in its saunas during the summer season from May 1 to August 31. The additional time charges therefore no longer apply during this period.
