Sauna at Bad Forstenrieder Park

Description

Forget about deadlines and tasks and simply relax - the sauna facilities provide the ideal opportunity to do just this whether in the Finnish sauna (around 90° C), steam bath (around 45° C) with changing light or the samarium. Everything is geared towards allowing you to open the body’s pores in a relaxed environment.

The secret to the sauna’s success is the interchange between sweating and cooling off. The cool-off area with a plunge pool and a range of cold showers ensures you enjoy a well-deserved cool-down after a hot sauna.

Complete relaxation
There are hot foot spas, loungers and an acoustically sealed relaxation room with an Asian design to allow you to unwind between sauna sessions.
Bad Forstenrieder Park’s outdoor area includes a large cold-water pool, Kneipp pool and Asian wellness garden with a stream, pathway, relaxation spot, stone monoliths and a Kneipp pool. Relax and reinvigorate yourself under the open sky.

At Bad Forstenried Park, you can also enjoy a relaxing massage or the solarium after a visit to the sauna.
