All SWM electricity and natural gas customers receive a special service, the SWM technical support service (M-Sicherheitsservice). In the event of faults with the electricity, natural gas, district heating or water supply, they receive professional support within two hours of calling the technical support service.
The technical support service identifies faults and rapidly repairs them. Minor faults are immediately rectified. Electricity and natural gas customers receive a €100 discount on their SWM repair bill (per energy type and year).
In the case of larger faults with customer systems where repairs take longer than an hour (incl. travel), SWM calls in an emergency service for the trade concerned. This close collaboration also ensures rapid support.
