The SWM Shop - on the mezzanine floor of the Marienplatz underground and urban railway station (entrance near to Kaufhof) - is a centrally located point of contact for our customers and interested parties.
We can explain SWM’s range of products and services and their benefits to you here in relaxed surroundings. The personal, on-site customer service allows us to provide you with direct assistance with any queries about invoices or other matters.
The SWM Shop is also the point of contact for customers who wish to find out more about the quality of SWM’s water (M-Wasser). Customers can quench their thirst by sampling natural water fresh from the spring free-of-charge at the water bar.
