  M-Fernwärme: comfortable for you, kind on the environment

In recent years we have systematically converted our district heating system to more efficient combined heat and power generation systems (CHPs) which meanwhile account for over 80 % of the district heating supply. Using waste heat from electricity generation for district heating, the SWM were able to save around 4 billion kilowatt-hours of heating energy in 2000. This corresponds to the annual consumption of 150.000 family households and a good 400 million liters of fuel oil respectively, which were not burnt to the detriment of the environment. Therefore M-Fernwärme makes an enormous contribution to the clean air in Munich.

Whether you need boiler systems with their own heating circuits, CHP units, refrigeration machines based on absorption or other energy systems, we submit you an individual offer for systems-contracting.

  

  mobile heating generators

During periods of renovation or system breakdown, the special construction of a mobile heat plant makes it individually usable, e. g. on housing estates, in hospitals, hotels and the like. Every mobile heat plant is equipped with a regulated and a non-regulated heating circuit as well as with a high-performance water heating system. Because of the system’s compact construction with heating system, tank equipment and expansion tanks all placed on one 3.5 t double-axle trailer, the greatest possible flexibility can be ensured. The SWM guarantee short reaction times and include maintenance and repairs in their offer.
