  M-Erdgas: comfortable and economic

Make yourself at home with M-Erdgas and receive an environmentally friendly and comfortable source of energy at reasonable prices. More than half of all Munich’s domestic homes are inhabited by residents already enjoying the benefits of heating and hot water by means of M-Erdgas.
If you own a business using more than 10.000 m³/a of natural gas, we will supply you with high calorific value gas in primary energy state with an average calorific value of 11.05 kWh/Nm³ and give you advise regarding an optimum adjustment of your system. In addition we look after the regular maintenance of the underground distribution facilities to your building as well as your meter and offer you all relevant engineering services.

rates for private customers

Our rates for natural gas are automatically suited to the amount you use. The more natural gas you use, the less you pay for one cubic meter. If your consumption is low you can take advantage of our low customer charge.

For business customers the SWM offer various rate plans depending on the kind of service required. You receive a specific contract based on your individual business needs.
